1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Easy Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective tool, please contact us immediately at vexxotools@outlook.com. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item (unless the item arrived damaged).
